At Reachable Wellness, we offer a comprehensive and personalized doula service package to support you throughout your pregnancy journey, birth, and beyond. Here’s what our service includes: On-Call Support: Starting from 37 weeks until your delivery, we are available 24/7 to ensure you have the support you need at any time. Prenatal Visits: We provide four prenatal visits to prepare you for the birth, discuss your birth plan, and ensure all your questions are answered. During these sessions, we focus on your needs and expectations, helping you feel confident as your due date approaches. We offer reasonable communication throughout pregnancy to assist with emotional needs, dietary support, and pregnancy-related support questions. Birth Support: From the onset of labor until after your baby is born, we provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to help you have a fulfilling and empowered birth experience. Our care extends into the immediate postpartum period with thoughtful, holistic support designed to promote comfort, healing, and nourishment. Including: -Herbal-Infused Peri Padcicles: Complimentary cooling pads infused with soothing herbs to help decrease swelling, ease discomfort, and support healing after vaginal birth. -Herbal Peri Bottle Rinse: A gentle, herbal-infused blend designed to cleanse, calm, and promote healing of the perineal area during recovery. -Lactation or De-Lactation Tea Support: Personalized herbal tea blends to support milk production or assist with gentle weaning, based on your feeding goals and preferences. Herbal Healing & Postpartum Support: Our care extends beyond birth with holistic, nurturing support designed to promote healing and balance. This includes moxibustion (back & abdomen), yoni steaming, herbal baths, and soothing herbal peri care such as padcicles and peri bottle blends. We also provide personalized lactation or de-lactation teas to support your feeding goals. In addition, we offer four postpartum visits to guide your recovery, provide emotional and lactation support, and ensure you feel confident and cared for as you adjust to life with your new baby.
