Here’s what our service includes: On-Call Support: Starting from 37 weeks until your delivery, we are available 24/7 to ensure you have the support you need at any time. Prenatal Visits: We provide one to two prenatal visit to prepare you for the birth, discuss your birth plan, and ensure all your questions are answered. During these sessions, we focus on your needs and expectations, helping you feel confident as your due date approaches. With ongoing reasonable virtual assistance up until birth. Birth Support: From the onset of labor until after your baby is born, we provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to help you have a fulfilling birth experience. Birth Timeline: After the birth, we provide a detailed timeline of how your labor and delivery unfolded. This personalized record helps you recall and process your unique birth experience. Postpartum Visits: We offer two postpartum visits to support you as you adjust to life with your new baby. These visits are crucial for discussing any concerns, providing lactation support, and ensuring your recovery is progressing well. Personalized Gift: To celebrate your new arrival and commemorate our journey together, you’ll receive a personalized gift from us at Reachable Wellness. Our goal is to ensure that you feel supported, empowered, and cared for every step of the way as you embark on this beautiful journey of parenthood.
Cancellation Policy
Backup Doula Support Policy Purpose: To ensure continuous doula support during childbirth, Reachable Wellness provides backup doula services as an integral part of our birth support team. Availability and Fees: Starting from 37 weeks, a backup doula is available 24/7 to support your primary doula and assist with your labor needs. A flat rate of $150 is charged for the backup doula to remain on call. If their services are required, an additional fee of $50 per hour is applicable. Utilization of Backup Doula: Backup doulas are primarily used in cases of unexpected scheduling conflicts, such as when two clients go into labor simultaneously. While doulas strive to schedule clients with sufficient buffers to avoid overlaps, the unpredictable nature of labor can make this challenging. If your primary doula is unavailable due to attending another birth, the backup doula will be dispatched to provide you with the necessary support. Contractual Details: For complete details on the scope of services, responsibilities, and additional provisions related to backup doula support, please refer to the backup doula contract provided during your initial consultation.
