Birth Pool Rental – Earthside Ultra Model

• Water Volume: ~160 gallons when filled to 80–90% capacity

(This allows full immersion while maintaining stability and comfort.)

For most families, we recommend renting the pool around 37 weeks gestation to ensure it is available when labor begins.

Included Rental Window: 
3 weeks (21 days) *Available for an extended time if birth hasn't occurred

Example timeline:
Pick up at 37–38 weeks, return within 48–72 hours postpartum or by 3 weeks after pickup—whichever works best for your family. 

✔ Disposable birth pool liner (specific to model)
✔ Clean water hose (new or birth-dedicated)
✔ Submersible water pump (for draining)

These can be provided by you, or offered as add-ons.

To secure your rental window:

• A $100 deposit is required to hold your dates.

• The remaining $250 rental fee + $20 cleaning fee are due prior to delivery or pickup.

• Total due before delivery: $270

• The $100 deposit is refunded once all items are returned, cleaned, and pass inspection.

• Deposit becomes non-refundable if the rental is cancelled within 14 days of due date.

Pools are:

✔ Fully sanitized after each rental

✔ Inspected for punctures and function

✔ Packed with instructions for setup & teardown

We ask that the pool be returned dry with all rented accessory items (if applicable).

Pickup option available

Free Pickup at Office:
• Clients may pick up and return equipment at no charge.
• Pickup time arranged by appointment.

Paid Delivery (Round-Trip Beyond 20 Miles):
Flat Rate + Per Mile
• Flat Fee: $15
• Plus: $1.25 per additional mile beyond 20 miles (round trip)
